Am deschis in 2020 noul restaurant NABABU, la aproape 110 ani de la constructia Castelul Cantacuzino, pentru a va oferi dumnevoastra - in plus fata de faimosul Restauraurant Frantuzesc CANTA CUISINE - preparate traditionale romanesti.
Bucataria romaneasca are influente, precum este si cultura romaneasca, turcesti, grecesti, austriece, precum si influente din intreaga zona a Balcanilor si Europa de Est, inclusiv din Moldova si Ucraina. Unele preparate sunt specifice si provin de pe timpurile dacilor sau altor civilizatii antice.
Chef Romica Harabagiu a selectat retete traditionale din intreaga tara, pentru a multumi toate preferintele.
Aceasta selectie culinara va fi completata periodic cu specialitati traditionale din diverse regiuni ale tarii, astfel incat sa va puteti bucura regulat de preparate proaspete de sezon.

We opened in 2020 this new NABABU Restaurant, almost 110 years after the construction of the Cantacuzino Castle, to welcome you – in addition to our famous French Restaurant CANTA CUISINE - with traditional dishes from the Romanian cuisine.
Romanian cuisine is influenced as the rest of Romanian culture; by the Turks, the Greeks, Austrians as well as from the entire Balkan Area and Eastern Europe including Moldova and Ukraine. Some others are originals or can be traced to the Romans, as well as other ancient civilizations.
Chef Romica Harabagiu encountered for the new NABABU Restaurant throughout the entire country a selection of this traditional recipes to please all preferences.
The kitchen will top up this selection from time to time with regional specialties adjusted to fresh seasonal products.
